The agreement

By installing or using Qiblatna you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

The app is published by ASSALA AISTUDIO LTD.

What it costs

Nothing. Qiblatna is free to download and free to use. There is no subscription, no paid tier, and no purchase inside the app.

Because there is no payment, there is nothing to refund and no billing relationship between us.

Use it as you like, within reason

You may use the app on any device you own, for as long as you like, for your own worship and study.

You may not resell it, republish it as your own, or remove its attribution. You may not use it to harm others or to break the law.

Religious content, and its limits

The Qur’an text is the Tanzil Uthmani edition. Du’a and adhkar wording is checked against published collections, and instructional material carries the name of the scholar who reviewed it. Material that has not been reviewed is labelled a draft inside the app and should not be taken as instruction.

Prayer times and the qibla are calculated by well-established methods, but a calculation is not a ruling. Times vary legitimately between methods and between local authorities.

Where the app and your local mosque or scholar disagree, follow your local mosque or scholar. Qiblatna is a tool to help you, not an authority over you.

Accuracy, and what we do not promise

The app depends on your device’s clock, its location services and its magnetometer. Any of those can be wrong, and the compass in particular is easily disturbed by nearby metal and magnets.

The app is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of error.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Third-party content

Recitation audio is provided by mp3quran.net and remains subject to their terms. We do not control that service and cannot guarantee its availability.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
