Delete your data

What exists, and where

The app keeps your language, location choice, calculation method, reminder settings, bookmarks, reading position, tasbih counts, progress, and any recitation you downloaded.

All of it is written to your device’s own app storage. None of it is sent to us, because we run no server that receives it. There is no account, no profile and no record of you anywhere in our possession.

Remove everything

Deleting the app removes all of it, including downloaded recitation. On iPhone, press and hold the Qiblatna icon, choose Remove App, then Delete App. On Android, press and hold the icon, then choose Uninstall.

That is the complete deletion. Nothing of yours survives it anywhere.

Reset but keep the app

Open Qiblatna, go to the Profile tab, then Settings, and choose the reset option to clear saved data and return the app to how it was on first launch.

On Android you can also clear everything from the system: Settings, then Apps, then Qiblatna, then Storage, then Clear data.

Free up space without losing settings

Downloaded recitation is the only large thing the app stores. You can remove a downloaded surah from that surah’s own screen and keep everything else as it is.
